10 - Clean and Jerk 40kgs

30 - Air squats

  1. well, 40kg isn´t that much, when did you start?

  2. haha yeah I know its not, I started around the begining of the year. BW is 55kgs, 5"6' and max clean and jerk is 60kgs.
    I did this workout two and a half months ago so I really just wanted to see how much my time improved and it was by about 3-4 minutes.
