The blog here is about CrossFit, I'll try to post as much as possible about interesting articles i have read, my workouts, and just interesting stuff I find out about to do with fitness, nutrition and life in general :) stay tuned.
haha yeah I know its not, I started around the begining of the year. BW is 55kgs, 5"6' and max clean and jerk is 60kgs. I did this workout two and a half months ago so I really just wanted to see how much my time improved and it was by about 3-4 minutes.
