  3. How do you do a strict ring dip man? I'm looking for some new workout ideas myself. Thanks in advance.

  4. Sparky: Are you familiar with kipping dips? where you use momentum of your legs to help with the dip.

If you are not familiar with kipping dips you are most likely doing strict ring dips, strict dips are where only your arms are moving up and down, the rest of your body doesn't create momentum.

Kipping dips are used when you are aiming for high intensity, so doing as many as you can in as little time, but this workout has no time component so it's not required. Strict are more strength.
